To ensure smooth processing of your orders, customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are required to provide a valid National Address for deliveries and returns.

Please note:

• Providing a registered National Address is mandatory for all orders shipped within KSA.
• Please ensure your National Address is current and correctly registered to avoid delays or issues with deliveries and returns.
• Residents and businesses can register or update their National Address via the Saudi Post portal: https://www.address.gov.sa

By providing an up-to-date National Address, you help us deliver your orders accurately and process returns efficiently, improving your overall shopping experience with us.

Delivery Time:

3-5 working days from the date of dispatch

Notes: orders placed after 1 pm will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Criteria:

We currently ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase. For example, if you are shopping on the UAE online store, delivery is available only within the United Arab Emirates.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

• For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon delivery.
  
• Once a package has been signed for, Columbia is no longer liable for the item.
• Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are for reference only.
• Columbia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier processes.

Returns:

• Registered users: Log in to My Account → Returns and submit a request within 14 days of delivery.
  

Order Changes or Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited (address or product changes). To cancel:

• Registered users → My Account → My Orders
  

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once you receive a dispatch notification email, the order can no longer be cancelled.
