What Is the Columbia Hike Festival?
Columbia Outdoor Hike Festival brings Columbia’s global Hike Society to Saudi Arabia for the first time, celebrating Saudi National Day through adventure, wellness and community.
Set in the stunning Aseer mountains, enjoy a guided 6 km hike, followed by food, refreshments, music and an evening celebration in nature.

THE HIKE EXPERIENCE
6 KM Guided Hike
Explore Aseer’s mountain landscape on a guided 6 km group hike through Al Sharaf Park, featuring trails, dirt roads and scenic wadi sections.
Led by experienced mountain guides, the hike is suitable for beginners with some hiking experience and follows a comfortable, supported pace.
Finish at the festival venue with stunning views of Mount Abdullah, before the evening celebration begins.

Nestled high in Aseer’s Sarawat Mountains, Al Sharaf Park, Tanomah is a breathtaking outdoor playground of rugged trails, dramatic rock formations and cool mountain landscapes.
Overlooking the park is Mount Abdullah (Abdallah Rock), creating an iconic backdrop for a day of hiking, exploration and outdoor adventure.

Arrival at the Hike Starting Point
Participants arrive at Al Sharaf Park and prepare for registration.

Welcome Speech and Group Warm-Up
Join the event welcome before preparing for the trail together.
Guided Hike Begins
The group begins the approximately 6 km route with experienced mountain guides.
Sunset Finish
Complete the hike at the event venue overlooking Mount Abdullah.
THE EVENING CELEBRATION
After the hike, refuel with food and refreshments before the outdoor music festival begins.
